Last Wednesday morning this week year 5 and 6 set out for a fun filled morning at the BGS to take part in an event for British Science Week. During our visit we got involved in lots of activities including looking at fossils through the ages, panning for gold (a definite favourite), separating soil and measuring earthquakes to name just a few.

We even returned with lots of goodies to help us carry out some follow up science work on the trip in our classrooms.
